Massage Therapy Services

Medical Massage (Neuromuscular): Treating new and chronic pain due to motor vehicle accidents, sports injuries, work related injuries, repetitive motion injuries, and postural problems. This can include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cross fiber massage, scar tissue therapy, post isometric relaxation, and reciprocal inhibition. The goal is to work in partnership with the client to help move them from where they are to where they want to be.

Deep Tissue: This full body massage is perfect for those that prefer more pressure to work out the knots and transform muscles from rigid and sore, to supple and healthy.

Sports Massage: Muscle energy techniques, neuromuscular massage and deep tissue massage are integrated to help athletes of all levels stay at the top of their game. Regular bodywork helps prevent and treat injuries, speeds post work out recovery, and reduces post work out soreness.

Reflexology: This purposeful foot massage focuses on relaxing your feet and treating acupressure and meridian points benefiting the entire body. Reflexology can be added to any massage or enjoyed on its own.

Warm Stone: Hot stone is a full body massage with warm river rocks and warm oil gliding slowly over your body to soften your muscles and melt away all tension. Allow 90 to 120 minutes for this ultra relaxing massage.

Swedish: One stroke flows into the next as the rhythm and medium pressure of this full body massage smooths out the rough edges leaving you relaxed and rejuvenated.

Aromatherapy: Essential oils can be added to all body treatments to enhance your enjoyment and increase the benefits of your massage.

Raindrop Technique: combines the art of aromatherapy with the techniques of Vita Flex and massage in the application of essential oils to various areas of the body. This collection of oils brings harmony to the body physically, mentally, and emotionally. The therapeutic grade essential oils used include: Aroma Siez (blend of basil, lavender, cypress, marjoram, and peppermint), basil, cypress, marjoram, oregano, peppermint, thyme, Valor (blend of spruce, blue tansy, rosewood, frankincense), and wintergreen.

Craniosacral Therapy: Addresses the inherent, gentle, rhythmic movement of the bones in the skull. It also effects the fluid that surrounds, bathes, and cushions the brain and spinal cord. Cranial bones move in miniscule amounts as a response to the production and absorption of cranial fluid. With head trauma, whiplash injury, or even severe stress, cranial bone movement can be compromised. This results in headaches, dizziness, ringing in the ears, or vision disturbances. This therapy restores the normal movement of the cranial bones and fluid. Craniosacral therapy can be independent of massage or can be integrated into a bodywork session. Whiplash, headaches, TMJ, low back pain, & depression are a few commonly treated conditions.
